29th February 2012 - "Baking"

One of my other joys in life is baking. This is about to become a mincemeat sponge for the boys.

Yes, I'm afraid I do get everything weighed out and ready before I start!!

I've also set myself a challenge of only using my 70-300mm lens this week, as 98% of my photos so far have been with the nifty fifty, and I'm getting a little too comfortable with it!
